PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation cover device and a construction method for the heat insulation cover device, capable of improving weather resistance and preventing intrusion of water.SOLUTION: Urethane foam 2 is arranged to cover an entire outer circumference part of a low-temperature-fluid-piping material and a water-impermeable sheath material 3 coats an outer surface of the urethane foam 2, thereby structuring a heat insulation cover. The urethane foam 2 is formed into a cylindrical shape extending along a circumference of the low-temperature-fluid piping material and at the same time it is divided in a circumferential direction and a longitudinal direction of the cylindrical shape, a moisture-proof material layer 21 provided with a metallic foil is applied to cover an outer circumferential surface in a pipe radial direction of the divided urethane foam 2, the water-impermeable outer coverage 3 is integrally applied to a surface of the moisture-proof material layer 21 to form a divided cover 4 and the sheath material 3 is constituted of a sheet made of chlorosulfonated polyethylene. |
