PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material mixer whose structure for supplying vinegar to rice in a mixing drum is simplified.SOLUTION: There is provided a food material mixer containing a mechanic flame and a mixing drum, which contains a drum body with an upper opening shape and a drum cover covering the upper opening of the drum body, rotatably supported by the mechanic flame around a drum rotation core shaft of a left-right direction and mixing vinegar with rice in the mixing drum by rotary driving the drum body in one direction around the drum rotation core shaft, and a vinegar housing part projecting downward from a bottom part side of the drum body and capable of housing vinegar is arranged in the bottom part side of the drum body, and the vinegar housing part contains a vinegar discharge part capable of dropping and supplying vinegar in the vinegar housing part to rice in the mixing drum from upper side in a condition that the mixing drum rotates around a drum rotation core shaft and the drum body inverts. |
