PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert a vibration energy including various direction components into an electric energy without waste to enhance the power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: A cantilever structure in which a first plate-like bridge part 120 and a second plate-like bridge part 130 extend in a U shape from a plate-like member 110 fixed to a device housing 200, and at whose front end a weight body 150 is connected, is formed. On an upper surface of the cantilever structure, a common lower layer electrode E00, a layer-like piezoelectric element 300, and individual upper layer electrodes Ex1 to Ez4 are formed. The upper layer electrodes Ez1-Ez4 arranged on center lines Lx and Ly extract an electric charge generated at the piezoelectric element 300 by bending of the weight body 150 caused by vibration in a Z-axis direction. The upper layer electrodes Ex1-Ex4 arranged on both sides of the center line Lx and the upper layer electrodes Ey1-Ey4 arranged on both sides of the center line Ly, extract electric charge generated at the piezoelectric element 300 by bending of the weight body 150 caused by vibration in an X-axis direction and a Y-axis direction. |
