PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lamp light-emitting device replaceable with an existing bulb or the like.SOLUTION: A vehicle lamp light-emitting device includes: LEDs 101 (semiconductor light-emitting elements); a band-like heat pipe 102 to which terminals on rear surfaces of the LEDs 101 are soldered; a pair of holding members 104 holding one end portion of the heat pipe 102 therebetween; a radiation member 105 having a fitting hole 105c to which the holding members 104 are fitted; and a mouthpiece 108 for attaching the vehicle lamp light-emitting device to a vehicle or a member attached to the vehicle. |
