PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an associated data processing apparatus, an associated data processing method and an information storage medium, capable of effectively utilizing a digital television receiver for collection of various data and capable of easily expanding the usability for various purposes.SOLUTION: The associated data processing apparatus includes: a first data file in which basic data indicting a plurality of attributes concerned with a program are defined and basic data of a plurality of programs are stored; a second data file for associating a viewer to a plurality of programs; a third data file for associating a program to a plurality of viewers; and a file control logic part for accessing the first to third data files, generating a cluster associating data in accordance with a theme among the first to third data files and capable of specifying a viewer or a program included in the cluster.
