<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the downtime of a device while suppressing the opening of a valve of a smoothing capacitor.SOLUTION: A power source device includes: an overvoltage protection circuit 130 that detects a ripple voltage between terminals of a smoothing capacitor 108, and when a value according to the detected ripple voltage between the terminals of the smoothing capacitor 108 exceeds a predetermined value, maintains the on-state of an FET 110; and a fuse 102 that interrupts an AC voltage input to a rectifying element 107 in response to the on-state of the FET 110 maintained by the overvoltage protection circuit 130.</p> |
