<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate electric power while suppressing the enlargement of a shock absorber.SOLUTION: A shock absorber comprises: a cylinder 54 into which an electrically conductive fluid is sealed; a piston 55 which partitions the cylinder into a first fluid chamber 61 and a second fluid chamber 62; flow passages 71, 72 which are arranged at the piston, and allow the electrically conductive fluid to circulate between the first fluid chamber and the second fluid chamber; a pair of magnets 73a, 74a arranged at side faces of the flow passages in the piston; and a pair of electrodes 75a, 76c which are arranged at the side faces of the flow passages while interposing magnetic flux formed by a pair of the magnets so as to intersect with the magnetic flux in the piston, and take out a current which flows when the electrically conductive fluid passes through the flow passages, by movement of the cylinder relative to the cylinder.</p> |
