A memory foam pillow having an excellent cervical spine protecting function and sound sleep effect according to the present invention comprises: an outer cover (2) made of pure cotton material; an inner cover (3) disposed in the outer cover (2) and produced using a non-woven fabric made of synthetic resin material; and a memory foam filler (4) disposed in the inner cover (3) and produced by being foamed and molded using synthetic resin materials including polyurethane. The inner cover (3) and outer cover (2) are sequentially wrapped around the memory foam filler (4). The memory foam filler material (4) has a forward and backward thickness change and has a cross sectional shape uniformly continued in a left and right direction. A bottom surface unit (16) of the memory foam filler (4) is flat, and a top surface unit (15) thereof is formed in a direction of a rear surface unit (12) from a front surface unit (11) based on a front and rear direction of the pillow, so that a first curvature unit (101) and a second curvature unit (102) respectively protruding in a curvature shape are included. A concave unit (103) concavely formed is included between the first curvature unit (101) and the second curvature unit (102). The pillow of the present invention has excellent waterproofing, antibacterial, and pollution resistant properties and supports the head and neck of a user by properly distributing the loads thereof, so that a cervical spine protecting function and a sound sleep effect can be achieved. |
