<p>The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising an actin-related protein 2/3 complex inhibitor as an active ingredient for suppressing male fertility, and a contraceptive for men which comprises the same. When the actin-related protein 2/3 complex inhibitor with different concentration is applied a bovine sperm culture, sperm mobility and fertility are concentration-dependently reduced and male fertility can be reduced effectively by increasing acrosome reaction. Accordingly, since the actin-related protein 2/3 complex inhibitor of the present invention is excellent for inhibiting fertility of the sperm, it can be used as a composition for inhibiting male fertility.</p> |
