PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification device capable of successively monitoring a blood purification treatment state with high accuracy even if a treatment condition is changed during a blood purification treatment.SOLUTION: A blood purification device capable of monitoring a blood purification treatment state in real time on the basis of a concentration change of drainage obtained in arithmetic means 12 includes: treatment condition change means 13 making a treatment condition be optionally set or changed, and making a concentration of the drainage under each treatment condition be detected in a drainage concentration sensor 5 in advance; and storage means 14 storing the concentration of the drainage under each treatment condition detected by the drainage concentration sensor 5 in the treatment condition change means 13 as a first prescribed value associated to each treatment condition. When the treatment condition is changed during a blood purification treatment, the arithmetic means 12 obtains the concentration change of the drainage on the basis of the first prescribed value corresponding to the treatment condition after the change of the first prescribed value stored in the storage means 14.
