PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source for lighting which improves voltage-withstanding performance of a lead wire.SOLUTION: A light source for lighting includes: a long housing 20; a second base 60 which is covered by the housing 20, long, and made of a metal; an LED 12 covered by the housing 20; a lighting circuit 80 for causing the LED 12 to emit light; a power feeding mouth piece 30 which has a power feeding pin 32 and is provided at a longitudinal end part of the housing 20; a lead wire 33 connecting the lighting circuit 80 with the power feeding pin 32; and a support part (a reflection member 70) which is made of an insulation material and supports the lead wire 33 so that the lead wire 33 is moved away from the second base 60. The power feeding mouth piece 30 has a protruding part 35, and the reflection member 70 contacts with the protruding part 35. |
