PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of changing an intrusion resin in an injection device of an injection molding machine, which reduces the time for changing the resin even in a general-purpose injection molding machine and is suitable for automatization of resin changing work.SOLUTION: In a method of changing an intrusion resin in an injection device of an injection molding machine, data, including a screw rotation load factor Z1and a screw rotation load factor ZO, necessary for changing a resin from a first resin to a second resin are previously acquired by e.g. test molding; an equation Z1=(Z1-Z0)/L×L+Z0, which converts a discharge distance of the first resin from a nozzle in the screw longitudinal direction into a screw rotation load factor Z in a screw within the injection device, is defined from the data; and using the equation for the screw rotation load factor Z, supply of the second resin is started to such a distance that the first resin is not discharged nearly completely and a space unfilled with resins is formed between the first and second resins, within a range of a set value A representing the timing of discharge of the first resin. |
