PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding for a vehicle capable of being formed by injection molding and achieving excellent external appearance, and to provide a manufacturing method of the molding for a vehicle.SOLUTION: A long body part of a molding 10 for a vehicle includes: a head part 15 providing a decorative surface 16; a leg part 20 protruding from a back surface of the head part; and a foot part 30 protruding from a tip of the leg part toward the center of a window plate. A cross sectional shape of the body part is substantially U-shaped, composed of the head part, the leg part, and the foot part. On at least one part of the back surface of the head part 15 along a longitudinal direction of the head part, a bulking part 18 is provided integrally with the head part. The thickness (t) of the bulking part 18 varies at at least some positions along the longitudinal direction. The bulking part 18 is composed of resin material softer than resin material forming the head part 15. |
