PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device including a circuit board and a base capable of being easily bonded and fixed to each other.SOLUTION: The lighting device includes: a circuit board 20 disposed on a base 10; and a transformer 30 disposed on the circuit board 20. The transformer 30 has a coil pattern 310 formed on the circuit board 20 and a core 320. The circuit board 20 has a first outer leg insertion part 20a in which a first outer leg part 321a of the core 320 is inserted. Between the circuit board 20 and the base 10, a gap as an air layer is formed and at least a side face of the first outer leg part 321a and the base 10 are fixedly bonded by a resin 40 which can be inserted from a first outer leg insertion part 20a.
