PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a feeling of stimulation to a throat caused by a beverage which comprises rice bran extract comprising acylated sterol glycoside.SOLUTION: A beverage comprises rice bran extract comprising acylated sterol glycoside by 3-15 mass% (A), emulsifier being glycerine fatty acid ester or/and polyglyceryl fatty acid ester (B), water (C), and one or more kinds of dietary fiber selected from poorly digestive dextrin, polydextrose, a guar gum enzymatically decomposed product, gum arabic, tamarind gum, locust bean gum, curdlan, pullulan, pectin, and alginate (D). |
