<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle electronic control device which efficiently transfers heat generated by a heating component thereby inhibiting a region where a temperature locally becomes high from occurring.SOLUTION: A vehicle electronic control device 10 includes: a heating component 20; a substrate 30 on which the heating component 20 is mounted; and a housing case 40 which houses the heating component 20 and the substrate 30. A resin part 60, which fills the housing case 40, seals the heating component 20 and the substrate 30 in the housing case 40. The vehicle electronic control device 10 further includes a metal thermal diffusion cover 50 which, in the state of covering the heating component 20 by forming a predetermined space with the heating component 20, is attached to a first mounting surface 30a of the substrate 30, and is sealed in the housing case 40 by the resin part 60 filling the housing case 40.</p> |
