<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger conveyor capable of reducing injury even if a passenger falls down.SOLUTION: A passenger conveyor 10 includes a cleat body 52 which a passenger gets on, and a riser body 54 extended below from one end part 52a of the cleat body 52, a plurality of steps 15 which are attached to an endless step chain 30 for cyclic movement, a front wheel 58 which is pivoted on the step chain 30 and is provided below the other end part 52b of the cleat body 52, a rear wheel 60 provided below one end part 52a of the cleat body 52, and a guide rail 13 for guiding the front wheel 58 and the rear wheel 60 of the step 15. The rear wheel 60 is elastically supported on the step 15.</p> |
