<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode roll structure for single grain moisture measurement capable of reliably sandwiching and crushing each grain of a plurality of kinds different in size, large and small, with the structure as it is.SOLUTION: The electrode roll structure includes a pair of electrode rolls 1, 2 arranged to face each other so as to form a grain crushing region 10, and can take out an electric signal corresponding to an electric resistance by a moisture of a crushed piece acquired by sandwiching and crushing grains for each gain supplied to the grain crushing region 10, wherein a groove pitchαof a plurality of strips of rotation shaft direction V-shaped grooves 8a at least in one electrode role 1 is made larger than a groove pitchβof rotation direction V-shaped grooves 7a and a number of mountain-shaped parts 9a in the electrode roll 1 are made a racket-shaped in which apexes 9c project in a rotation direction when viewed from the rotation shaft direction, and the electrode roll 1 and the electrode roll 2 are arranged such that the top ends of the respective mountain-shaped parts 9a, 9b alternately face the interiors of the respective rotation direction V-shaped grooves.</p> |
