<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cooling efficiency in an air conditioner.SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes: a refrigeration cycle (10) in which a first refrigerant circulates; an adsorption type refrigerating machine (30) which has at least one pair of units for repeating an adsorption step and a desorption step alternately; a first heat exchanger (86) which is provided on a further upstream side of the first refrigerant than a compressor 12 in the refrigeration cycle (10), and which performs heat exchange between a second refrigerant and the first refrigerant; an indirect outside air cooling part (20); second flow passages (84, 54 or 56) which allow the second refrigerant to circulate in the first heat exchanger (86) and the unit which is in an adsorption step; third flow passages (305, 306) which allow the second refrigerant to circulate in the second heat exchanger (5) and the unit which is in the adsorption step; and a control unit for performing control for switching into one of a plurality of modes including a first mode in which the second refrigerant is allowed to circulate in the second flow passages and a second mode in which the circulation of a third refrigerant is stopped and the second refrigerant is allowed to circulate in the third flow passages.</p> |
