<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article supply device which can supply articles of regulated numbers to an intermediate article.SOLUTION: An article supply device 1 includes a storage unit 11 for storing many wave washers 5; a transfer unit 12 for transferring the wave washers 5; and a control unit 13 for controlling operation of the transfer unit 12. Further, the article supply device 1 includes an inspection unit 14 which performs an article number inspection, as to whether number of the wave washer 5 taken out by the transfer unit 12 from the storage unit 11 is one or not, before supplying the wave washers 5 to an intermediate article 4. The transfer unit 12 includes a loading platform 31 on which the wave washers 5 are loaded, and a camera 32 for photographing the wave washers 5 loaded on the loading platform 31. The control unit 13 performs a binarization treatment for an inspection image of the wave washer 5 photographed by the camera 32 and performs such an article number inspection.</p> |
