<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of efficiently producing organic matter from raw material including the outline of cuttlefish bones or crustacea only with water without using acid-alkali catalysts.SOLUTION: As raw material, for example, cuttlefish bones are contacted with subcritical water. In this way,βchitin is obtained in the form of solid residue, and peptide is obtained in the form of an aqueous solution. The temperatureΘand pressure P of the subcritical water are adjusted in 150 to 300[°C] and 0.5 to 8.6[MPa], respectively. The adjustment is performed in such a manner that the contact time T between the cuttlefish bones and the subcritical water is made shorter as the subcritical water being high temperature.</p> |
