PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high ionic conductivity in an LLZ-based solid electrolyte ceramics material of garnet type or similar to garnet type.SOLUTION: In a solid electrolyte ceramics material having lithium ion conductivity, the ceramics material is composed of an oxide sintered compact having a crystal structure of garnet type or similar to garnet type containing main constituent elements of Li, La, Zr and O, where Zr is partially substituted for at least a substituent element containing Bi and Ta and/or Nb, and the atomic ratio of content of the substituent element to that of Zr is 0.20-0.80. |
