PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle opening-closing body control device and a vehicle opening-closing system capable of curbing a reduction in voltage of an on-vehicle power source.SOLUTION: When detecting pinching of a foreign matter and user's opening or closing operation while performing opening-closing operation of a slide door 7, a door ECU 23: puts an electromagnetic clutch into a connected state by supplying driving power based on voltage of an on-vehicle power source; and stops the slide door 7 at a halfway position. Then, after a lapse of predetermined retention time since when the slide door 7 is stopped at the halfway position, the door ECU 23 puts the electromagnetic clutch into a cut-off state by cutting off supply of the driving power to the electromagnetic clutch. The predetermined retention time is set longer when the slide door 7 is stopped due to detection of pinching of the foreign matter than when the same is stopped due to the detection of the user's opening or closing operation. |
