PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED bulb that can be formed at low cost and that includes a high luminance light-emitting unit in a light guide element, and a lighting device to which this LED bulb is attached.SOLUTION: An LED bulb 1 includes: a casing 2 having a mouthpiece 15 provided on one end 2a thereof; a plurality of LEDs 3 provided on an end surface 9a on the other end 2b of the casing 2; a light guide element 4 that is formed into a cylindrical shape including a flat end surface 22 that is provided on one end 4c of the light guide element 4 in a longitudinal direction and on which radiation light of the LEDs 3 is incident, an inclined end surface 23 provided on the other end 4d thereof in the longitudinal direction and inclined so as to be able to reflect guided radiation light toward an outer surface 4a, a through-hole 24 penetrating the flat end surface 22 and the inclined end surface 23, and an attachment section 25 provided on one end 4c, and that is attached to an end surface 9a on the other end 2b of the casing 2 via the attachment section 25 so that the flat end surface 22 is proximate to the LEDs 3; an enclosure member 5 attached to the other end 2b of the casing 2 so as to cover the light guide element 4; and a lighting device 6 provided in the casing 2 and turning on the LEDs 3. |
