PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to use a web page of a print control device connected to an image forming apparatus without requiring manual registration of the web page in a favorite or the like of a web browser of the image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: An MFP103 mounting a web browser 404 discriminates a PDL controller 102 connected to the MFP103. An MFP interface part 405, software which functions by a CPU208 executing a prescribed program generates information for registering a web operation part (web page) of the PDL controller 102 in a favorite of the web browser 404, and instructs to register the generated information in the favorite of the web browser 404. The web browser 404 registers the URL of the web operation part of the PDL controller 102 in the favorite of the web browser 404 according to the instruction. |
