PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently eject heat generated in a cabinet of a communication relay device and heat generated in a lighting device, to the outside of the cabinet.SOLUTION: A communication relay device includes: a cabinet having a power line lead-in unit for leading in a power line, a communication processing unit for processing signal transmission/reception by wired communication through the power line and signal transmission/reception by radio communication, and a power supply for supplying drive power to the communication processing unit using the power line as a power supply source; and a first heat absorption unit formed of a material having higher terminal conductivity than the cabinet, and disposed in a manner to contact to the inner face of the cabinet to be connected to the power line.
