PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply apparatus capable of utilizing existing circuits and having a new address setting configuration.SOLUTION: The power supply apparatus includes a plurality of battery packs 11a-11d. Each of the battery packs 11a-11d includes an ECU 15 including a control part 23 for controlling each of the battery packs 11a-11d. The power supply device includes a series circuit 17 through which respective ECUs 15 are electrically connected each other in series and a control power signal supply part 30a for supplying a control power signal to the series circuit 17. The ECUs 15 respectively include detection parts 26a-26d arranged on the series circuit 17 and configured to output a detection result of the control power signal to the control part 23 of its own ECU 15 and storage parts for storing correspondence information for making magnitudes of the control power signal detected by the detection parts 26a-26d correspond to the addresses of the ECUs 15. Each control part 23 sets an address in each ECU 15 by making the correspondence information correspond to the magnitude of the control power signal detected by each of the detection parts 26a-26d. |
