PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an advertising display beneficial for both a web page distributor and an advertiser.SOLUTION: A distribution system includes a reception part and a distribution part. The reception part receives an acquisition request of first content. When the acquisition request is received by the reception part, the distribution part distributes the first content which is displayed with second content, and control information for displaying a region of the second content which does not overlap with the first content in a selectable state, and displaying a region of the second content which overlaps with the first content in a not selectable state with the first content in an overlapped manner.
