PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly evaluate a work manager by practically using a communication tool called a communication slip generally utilized in maintenance work.SOLUTION: A program allowing a computer including a storage unit storing an in-house communication slip which a work manager has given and received from a worker and an outside communication slip which the work manager has given and received from a customer to execute: acquiring the in-house communication slip and the outside communication slip from the storage part; calculating a value indicating review capability and delivery date management power of the work manager on the basis of information of the in-house communication slip; calculating a value indicating quality of an answer response and answer content of the work manager to the customer on the basis of information of the outside communication slip; and storing the calculation result in the storage part as evaluation index values of the work manager. |
