PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold device and an extrusion pin capable of performing gas bent in a cavity while suppressing the deterioration of appearance quality of a product.SOLUTION: A die casting device 10 is provided with a movable mold 12 and a stationary mold 11, in a mold closed state, such a molding space part 45 that molten iron is introduced and solidified between both molds, thereby, a molded product is molded is formed and the molding space part 45 comprises a cavity 13 which forms a product part as a part of the molded product. The die casting device 10 is provided with an extrusion pin 53 which extrudes the molded product molded on the molding space part 45 to the stationary mold 11 side from the movable mold 12 in the mold opening state. The extrusion pin 53 is arranged such that the tip part of the pin faces the molding space part 45 in the mold closing state. On the inner part of the extrusion pin 53, upon the introduction of molten iron into the molding space part 45, a discharge channel 65 for discharging gas in the cavity 13 pushed away by the molten iron to an external part is formed. |
