PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which current is wastefully consumed for transferring trimming data immediately after the startup of an external power supply.SOLUTION: A nonvolatile memory array 302 includes: a first nonvolatile memory cell 306 that stores trimming data; and a second nonvolatile memory cell 307 that stores user data. A transfer control circuit 303 performs control so that if access to the second nonvolatile memory cell 307 is not performed until the fall of an external power supply voltage after the rise of it, the trimming data is not transferred from the first nonvolatile memory cell 306 to a register 304. |
