<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store electronic data by easily and properly classifying the electronic data into storage target data and other data.SOLUTION: A data management system comprises: a condition management unit 301 which manages identification information of a user, attribute information of the user and a storage condition of electronic data associated with the attribute information; a user authentication unit 303 which authenticates a user by receiving input of the identification information from the user; a condition acquisition unit 304 which acquires from the condition management unit 301 a storage condition associated with attribute information of the user on the basis of the identification information of the authenticated user; and a storage control unit 306 which, when the authenticated user gives a storage instruction to store electronic data, stores the electronic data specified by the storage instruction according to the storage condition acquired by the condition acquisition unit 304.</p> |
