<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a foamed laminated sheet that hardly suffers from yellowing and has excellent pattern reproducibility.SOLUTION: In the method for producing a foamed laminated sheet having on a paper substrate a foaming agent-containing resin layer which comprises at least an inorganic filler, a foaming agent and a resin composed of ethylene alone or a resin produced by copolymerizing ethylene with the other comonomer and has a convexo-concave pattern on the surface thereof, the method includes forming a foaming agent-containing resin layer at a temperature equal to or lower than a gas generation temperature of the foaming agent by an inflation extrusion method using a circular die, irradiating the foaming agent-containing resin layer with an electron beam, laminating the resin layer on the paper substrate, heating to a temperature equal to or higher than a foaming starting temperature of the foaming agent; and pressing a plate or a roll having a convexo-concave to produce a convexo-concave pattern on the surface of the foaming agent-containing resin layer.</p> |
