PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative evaluation method of cytotoxicity of molecular target drugs against dermal cells, being capable of quantitative evaluation in a short time.SOLUTION: The invention provides a quantitative evaluation method of cytotoxicity of molecular target drugs against dermal cells comprising a step of contacting molecular target drugs to dermal cells, and a step of measuring the peak height of the dermal cells. The peak height of the dermal cells is used as an indicator of cytotoxicity of molecular target drugs against dermal cells.
