The slave device 20 comprises a slave robot 220 which implements operation corresponding to an operation instruction from the master device 10, images an actual image that is an image during the operation and transmits it to the master device 10. The master device 10 comprises a delay measurement part 120 and a display image creation part 130. The delay measurement part 120 measures the communication delay between the slave device 20 and itself. The display image creation part 130 creates a display image by adjusting the actual image on the basis of the communication delay.</p>
