<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn a transport direction of a workpiece without changing a beginning position of the workpiece.SOLUTION: A transport direction turning device is configured so that: a thrust force generation wheel 1 is formed by a free roller assembly 11 formed to have a predetermined spiral angle with respect to an axial central line of an axis to which a disk is attached and the disk fixed to the axis, the thrust force generation wheel 1 is disposed on an intersection part of one transport line 91 and the other transport line 92 disposed on a side part of one transport line so as to be orthogonal to one transport line, and the transport direction turning device comprises: a direction turning mechanism 2 formed by providing the plural thrust force generation wheels 1 in parallel on the axis of the disk attachment axis; and a guide roller 3 actuating for facilitating transport direction turning of a workpiece 9 by making a side surface 99 of the workpiece 9 contact with the guide roller 3 when the workpiece 9 transported from one of the transport lines 91 is transferred to the other of the transport lines 92 via the direction turning mechanism 2 at the intersection part of both transport lines.</p> |
