The present invention relates to a movable weir installed in a river capable of preventing a negative pressure from being generated by making a rear space of a movable weir vacuous by a curtain of water flowing over the movable weir, and preventing soil from being piled up by discharging bottom water. An air passage is attached to the front surface of the movable weir, wherein a upper side of the air passage is positioned higher than an upper surface of the movable weir to be opened to the air, and a lower side of the air passage is communicated with and fixed to a through hole formed on a front lower side of the movable weir to be penetrated into a rear surface of the movable weir. The overflowing water head is maintained on the upper end of the movable weir to correspond to an overflowing curved line. |
