A positive clutch comprises a driven disc 8 carrying two pawls 11, 12 pressed by a spring 17 into engagement with teeth 15, 16 on a driving disc 10. The pawls 11, 12 transmit drive in opposite directions. A fixed stop 18 disengages both the pawls simultaneously. Rebound of the driven disc 8 on clutch disengagement is prevented by a dog 19 engaging a projection 20 on the disc 8. |
