PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip prediction system capable of accurately predicting a point at which a vehicle may slip, a slip prediction method, and a slip prediction program.SOLUTION: A slip prediction system 1 comprises: a topographical characteristic specification unit 32b which acquires topographical information on a slip prediction object position from a map information DB 33a and specifies a topographical characteristic related to the slip prediction object position; a determination criterion setting unit 32f which sets a determination criterion on the basis of the topographical characteristic; and a determination unit 32g which compares past vehicle information with current vehicle information and determines whether there is a possibility of slipping of a vehicle at the slip prediction object position on the basis of the comparison result and the determination criterion set by the determination criterion setting unit 32f.
