The fluorescence detector 400 performs one of hardware binning for acquiring the fluorescence signal intensity by batch-converting the plurality of signal charges and software binning for acquiring the fluorescence signal intensity by converting the signal charges into the fluorescence signal intensity one by one and adding the converted fluorescence signal intensity, to acquire the fluorescence signal intensity. |
