PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition capable of increasing heat resistance, adhesiveness, transmissivity, and development sensitivity.SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition comprises a colorant (A), a binder resin (B), a photopolymerizable monomer (C), a photopolymerization initiator (D), an antioxidant (E), and a solvent (F). The binder resin (B) includes a repeating unit having a six-membered cyclic ether structure or a five-membered cyclic ether structure in the main chain. The antioxidant (E) contains a mixture of a first antioxidant selected from phenolic compounds and a second antioxidant selected from the group consisting of phosphorus compounds, sulfur compounds and their mixtures; or contains a compound simultaneously having a phenolic functional group and one of phosphorus-based and sulfur-based functional groups in one molecule. |
