PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition that substantially prevents generation of a mixture crystal foreign substance between adjoining patterns, and to provide a cured film using the colored photosensitive resin composition, a color filter, a solid-state imaging device or an image display device having a color filter, and a method for manufacturing a color filter.SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition comprises (A) a pigment, (B) a resin, (C) a polymerizable compound, and (D) a photopolymerization initiator, in which the (A) pigment is a benzimidazolone pigment and the (B) resin contains a compound expressed by general formula (1) below as a copolymer component. In general formula (1), Rand Reach independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group. |
