PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an administrative information distributing server that can supply administrative information in a form focused on individual targets of distribution, improve the promptness of administrative information supply and contribute to more extensive use of the home energy management system (HEMS).SOLUTION: An administrative information distributing server causes administrative information storage means 63 to store administrative information and its attributes (attributes regarding time), household information storage means 62 to store features data obtained by analysis of information on electric power consumption by each individual household, object household extracting means 54 to compare the attributes of administrative information with features data and to extract households having features data matching the attributes of administrative information as receiver households of distribution of the administrative information, and distributing means 55 to distribute to each of the households the administrative information intended for the household.
