PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle electronic control device equipped with a stay having a configuration of increased strength by reducing a force generated by impact, vibration, or the like applied repeatedly when a vehicle electronic control device is attached to a vehicle.SOLUTION: Stays 30, 100, 200 have a slope 38 facing a fitting surface 34, being formed such that all thickness between the fitting surface 34 and the slope 38 increases as advances from the tip end parts of the stays 30, 100, 200 to a case body 20. A plurality of ribs 33a, 33b, 33c, 33d, 33e, 33f, 33g includes ribs 33a, 33b, 33c, 33d, 33e, 33g, running through eccentric positions P2, P3 being offset by a predetermined distance to the case body 20 side from a central position P1 of an insert hole 31, to be extended as far as peripheral edge parts 32a, 32b, 32c of the stays 30, 100, 200 continuous to wall parts 20a, 20b of the case body 20. |
