PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination lamp which supplies air to a light source as much as possible even when a light source unit is inserted into a cover and silicone fills the interior of the cover.SOLUTION: An illumination lamp 50 includes: a light source unit 60 where a light source is mounted on an outer surface of a cylindrical substrate 61 having multiple vent holes 66; and a housing 70 which has a translucent cover 71 covering the light emission surface side of the light source unit 60 and houses the light source unit 60 therein; and silicone 53 which fills a space between the outer surface of the substrate 61 and an inner wall surface of the cover 71.
