PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam turbine capable of eliminating accompanying steam discharged from a steam passage to an outside for water droplet removal while suppressing brake loss, and improving turbine efficiency.SOLUTION: A steam turbine 10 according to an embodiment includes: a moving blade row configured in a circumferential direction of a turbine rotor 21; and a stationary blade row configured inward of a casing 20 surrounding the moving blade row and constituting, along with the moving blade row, turbine stages. A stationary blade 26b constituting a turbine stage in which wet steam containing water droplets flows includes: a hollow section 40 formed within the stationary blade 26b; outer circumferential slits 60 and 61 provided in a blade surface on a back side and on a belly side on an outer circumference of the stationary blade 26, and communicating with the hollow section 40; and an inner circumferential slit 80 provided in a part of a blade surface on a back side on an inner circumference of the stationary blade 26b, having a pressure lower than a pressure of the blade surface in which the outer circumferential slits 60 and 61 are provided, and communicating with the hollow section 40. |
