PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that has excellent fixability and prevents a reduction in density at both ends of images after a long-term use.SOLUTION: There is provided a toner including inorganic fine particles, and toner particles containing a binder resin, colorant, ester wax, and hydrocarbon wax, where the ester wax is represented by the following formula (1): R-CO-O-(CH)x-O-OC-Ror formula (2): R-O-OC-(CH)x-CO-O-R(Rto Rare an alkyl group, and x is an integer of 8 to 10); an ester compound most abundant in a composition distribution of the ester wax is contained in an amount of 40 mass% or more and 80 mass% or less relative to the total mass of the ester wax; a peak top temperature of the endothermic peak of the ester wax is 65°C or more and 80°C or less; the toner has the only one endothermic peak derived from the wax component; and when the peak top temperature of the endothermic peak of the toner derived from the wax component is Tt°C, and the peak top temperature on the colder side, of the peak top temperatures of the endothermic peaks of the ester wax and the hydrocarbon wax, is Tw°C, the relationship 3.0≤(Tw-Tt)≤8.0 is satisfied. |
