PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube for minimizing or eliminating damage cause by heat.SOLUTION: An X-ray tube comprises: an anode electrode where an X-ray is generated by collision with an electron beam; and a window where the anode electrode is disposed and the X-ray generated from the anode electrode passes. The anode electrode comprises a channel penetrating the anode electrode. The electron beam is provided in the inside of the channel and generates the X-ray.
