One part of the stress mitigation layer 140 is contained in an active region obtained by projecting all internal electrodes 120, 125 in a lamination direction. Both of the immediately near internal electrode 120 even partially overlaid on one part of the stress mitigation layer 140 in the lamination direction, and the immediately near internal electrode 120 even partially overlaid on the other part in the lamination direction have the same polarity as that of the external electrode 150 contacting the stress mitigation layer 140.
