PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propagate a high frequency signal of 10 GHz or higher with a small passage loss and a small reflection loss, at a bent part from a substrate plane direction to a vertical direction.SOLUTION: In a multilayer wiring board 11, an arrangement density PA of a ground via 15, disposed in a region A having a high frequency signal line 12 in the extension direction X of the high frequency signal line 12, is set larger than an arrangement density PB of a ground via 15 disposed in a region B constituted by the residual of the region A. On a direct-below ground plane 11G, which is formed directly below the uppermost layer of a ground plane 11G among ground planes 11G constituting the multilayer wiring board 11, there is provided an extension part 13 having an end part of the direct-below ground plane 11G extended toward a high frequency signal via 14 from an intersection point P having the high frequency signal line 12 intersecting with the outer peripheral edge of an anti-pad region 16 in a plan view, within the range of the anti-pad region 16 not in contact with the high frequency signal via 14. |
